Are your products ambient or fresh?

All our products are ambient and individually wrapped.

What is the shelf life of your products?

It varies from product to product but it is always stated on the packaging. For further information, please contact our office on 01925 822577.

Does your packaging have barcodes on them?

All our products have barcodes, except for the Mini range.

Is VAT applicable

All our products are exempt from VAT. The delivery charge is inclusive of VAT.

Do we use palm oil in our products?

It is used in some of our products but only palm oil from sustainable sources.

How do I open an account?

Please phone or email our sales office. It is simple and very quick.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, but for free delivery it is 3 cases via our own transport, otherwise 6 cases. Less than this, there is a small order charge of £7.95. For bulk orders please contact our sales office.

Can I mix flavours within a case?

Yes, either with a random or bespoke mix. Products may also be mixed within a pallet.

Do you supply direct to the general public?

Yes, we do.

Can I come and collect?

Yes, but please contact our office first.

Do I have to order online?

No. You may telephone or email orders, or we are very happy to call you.

What is the normal delivery lead time?

Delivery is usually within 24 or 48 hours, or by arrangement to suit you.

Do you offer credit terms?

Yes, by arrangement with our office.

Are products on sale or return?

No, we are sorry but they are not.

Do you only sell to the UK?

No, we export to a number of overseas countries.

Do you offer custom made products and/or packaging?

Yes, we are very happy to work with customers on this basis.
